Ireland Travel Tales - The Beginning

Hi. My name is Ben Nolan, from Nottingham. This is the story of how I went to Ireland for a weekend, but didn't come back for two years!

I first got intereted in Ireland when I read an article. I was vaguely aware that my family was from Ireland but had never been.

My girlfriend and I planned a weekend visit. She wanted to go to Dublin, but insisted that we visit Glendalough on the Sunday.

So, itineraries agreed, we set out from Stanstead airport on a cheap Ryanair flight on the Sunday evening...
